We have invested considerably money in our gear this time around. We often make a joke that if the Nate and Rien of the South america trip were to ride up to us all decked out now, we would probably laugh at them and say what pansy's with all that nice gear and jackets that zip up.

As you can see below we have much better protection when comes to riding gear. Although, I do miss Nate's bungee cord that kept his jacket closed. I went with a brand called Revit and Nate bought the Dainese and upgraded with better pads.
Here is a picture of a large portion of our gear at some point during let's get the hell out of here shuffle. I guess once we get going we will shake out a list of what we bought and brought.

This includes: a tent, one extra fuel tank, hand guards, stock shock, sleeping bag, sandals, tire and chain changing tools, center stand, medical supplies, camping gear.....etc!
